NeuroCoach Partnership Agreement
A Strengths-Based Coaching Relationship
1. Purpose and Philosophy
This agreement formalises a collaborative NeuroCoach partnership focused on realising your unique strengths and Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) goals. Our foundation is built on mutual respect, neuro-affirmation, and a commitment to unlocking potential.
Core Principle: This coaching is strengths-based, aiming to leverage your unique abilities rather than focusing solely on deficits.
2. The NeuroCoach’s Commitment (The Coach)
- To provide a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for exploration and growth.
- To use evidence-based, neuro-affirming coaching techniques that align with DDP principles.
- To maintain professional boundaries and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
- To challenge respectfully, provide honest feedback, and support the coachee’s self-discovery process.
3. The Coachee’s Commitment (The Client)
- To attend sessions punctual, prepared, and ready to engage fully and honestly.
- To take full responsibility for their choices, actions, and the outcomes of the coaching.
- To be open to trying new perspectives, challenging self-limiting beliefs, and celebrating small wins.
- To provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling (see Cancellations).
4. Confidentiality and Limits
All discussions will be held in strict confidence. The only exceptions to this confidentiality are:
- If the Coach believes there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
- As required by law or court order.
- For professional supervision, where identifying details will be removed (Coach only).
5. Term, Fees, and Scheduling
